Dear finetoons,

You seem to be doing everything correctly.

The ordering is not related to MooTools, so there is no need to worry about it's version number, however please make sure you are using the latest MooFAQ version.

In order to find out which MooFAQ version you have installed please select Extensions -> Install/Uninstall from the drop-down menu in the Back-end of your Joomla! installation, then click on the "Components" tab.

I've tried all the obvious steps, but I must be missing something because I can't seem to put my FAQs in order.

Menu parameters are set to No/primary order only (for categories) and "Order" for Primary Order.

I've cleared my cache and even tried it on a different machine.

I don't know what version of Moo Tools I have, but it's less than a year old (not sure how to find version number).

Any advice on where to look next to get this to work would be appreciated!
