Dear caredding,

I've tested with IE9 and it seems to be working;

PS: It seems you've copied the text from a word document with all the non-sense word formatting which might cause a problem;
When I have to copy text from a MS Word document I usually copy to a text editor such as Notepad, in order to clear all formatting, then I copy to Joomla editor and re-format it;
