Dear caredding ,

MooFAQ is working correctly:
yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_moofaq&view=categories&id=3

So in order to make sure it was not a problem with the cache or SEF extension I've changed the menu alias to faqs instead of faq and it is not working.

You can now change your administrator account's password;

That's odd. Can you try to create another menu item in order to see whether it will work or not?

In case it does not work, can you please provide an administrator access so I can take a closer look?
