Dear Roger,

All Joomla extensions require an intallation of Joomla.
Joomla is the framework for all my softwares.

Joomla is a great CMS and framework for extension development and it does give you a lot of control over your website. Joomla 1.6, which is still in beta release, will give you even more control!

Sorry for the dump question, but I need to know. Do I have to install Joomla to be able to enjoy your or any others Joomla extensions?

I just don't want any CMS or Blog platform because I like to be in control in all kinds of ways, but I love some of the Joomla extension.
Please help me with my question.
