Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Hola, el componente está dando error

La opción Dashboard y Articles da una pantalla en blanco.

Y la Ruta que muestra LA RUTA DE NAVEGACION (Breadcrumbs) no es la que corresponde con el articulo mostrado, estoy seguro de que el error es del componente porque:

Quitado los plugins de cache funciona bien esta ruta de navegación, pero el componente tampoco se ve.

He desinstalado el componente y vuelto a instalar y el problema persiste.

Si necesitas acceso dímelo y te hago uno.

Hi, the component is giving error

The Dashboard and Articles option gives a blank screen.

And the Route that shows the Breadcrumbs is not the one that corresponds with the article shown, I am sure that the error is of the component because:

Removed cache plugins works well this navigation path, but the component is not seen either.

I uninstalled the component and reinstalled and the problem persists.

Dear varonblu,

That's odd.

Which Joomla and Ideal Related Articles version are you using?

Can you please set the Error Reporting to Maximum, reload the pages and copy the error numbers? I know the the back-end there should be a Fatal Error because of the blanks screen, but I'm not even sure what's causing the issue with the breadcrumbs because iRelated plugins do not change them... Anyway, I'll wait for your reply before I continue to investigate these issues.

No da ningun error, solo en blanco,te envio captura de imagen.
It does not give any error, only in white, I send you image capture.

That's strange. Did you set Error Reporting to Maximum in Joomla Global Configuration?

No veo errores de tu componente en el depurador de joomla, pero tampoco entiendo mucho de esto, te adjunto el log de errores del servidor por si te ayuda.

I do not see your component errors in the joomla debugger, but I also do not understand much of this, I attach the server error log in case it helps. regards
