Support Forum

Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Google maps not loading

5 months 4 weeks ago #24678 by coughlin
iStoreLocator is not loading Google maps correctly, and I do not see any place to add my own API keys in the plugin settings. You can see an example here: though it is also happening anywhere else I test it.

I just renewed the subscription for that domain, so if IdealExtensions is supposed to be using its own built-in API it should be active. I've also tried reinstalling the plugin to no avail.

Dear coughlin,

You can enter your Google Maps API key under the first tab in the plugin options. See screenshot attached.

In Google Platform (Google Maps), please make sure to enable Billing and enable the required APIs (listed in the plugin options and in the screenshot)

Let us know if you have any question.

Best regards,
