Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

I've used this plug-in on other site and it's always worked fine but I've just used it for the first time in a while and only 50 pixels or so of the map is displaying at the foot of the map panel.

It's also zoomed right out, rather than taking on board the setting in the plug-in.

Any ideas?

I see your subscription expired in March. Make sure to renew your subscription and install the latest version. Support is only provided to users with active subscriptions.

Also, please make sure to enable all required Google Map APIs as described on the Extensions > Plugins > Ideal Store Locator Plugin Description. See screenshot .

I know my subscription has expired but I was hoping the software would continue to work correctly even after that.

Even if you can not offer support, someone may have had the same issue and be willing to share their experience.
