How many leads are you losing when visitors don’t finish your forms?

Contact Enhanced has a Form Field called Pagination, which allows you to display Multi-page forms and boosts form conversions because they’re not as overwhelming as a long, single-page form. However, you’re losing leads when a user abandons your form without completing the final page. Once they leave, there’s no guarantee they’ll ever return to complete it.

Now with our new Form Abandonment setting, you can save partial entries and follow up with those interested prospects, even if they don’t complete the whole form.

Form Abandonment feature included in Contact Enhanced PRO will help you to get more leads without increasing your traffic.

How to use

1. Go to Components → Contact Enhanced  → Options and under the Contact Form tab set Save abandoned forms to Yes. This setting can be changed on a per contact basis in the Contact Options.
2. Make sure the Cron System Plugin is enabled and configured properly.

3. The Cron job will automatically send an email to the form recipient(s) with the partially submitted form data;
