Dear Kurt,

I've just tested, using the latest version, and it worked correctly.
Do you have cache enabled? Try cleaning your system's cache.

You are also advised to upgrade to the latest version. Please go to ideal.fok.com.br/purchase-download.html and follow the instructions to download the newest version available.

FAQ ordering problem was created by kurto

I set up the FAQ September 14.
I came back today to add a new Question.

No matter what I do the new question is always first.
o I change the ordering to Oldest First and the new one is still first.
o I change the ordering to Alphabetical (the new one is in the middle) and it is still first. The rest don't change either.

I set the order I want in the Article Manager, and hit the little Save icon.

I go to the Menu Item (FAQ)> Advanced Parameter > Category Order and set it to any of the 4 options and nothing changes.
Same for the Primary Order as well.

I tried the Custom slider, but no change.

Am I missing something?
Is there something else to adjust?
How do I fix the ordering?
