I have disabled plg_system_topofthepage and I still have the same problem

I was able to reproduce this issue on Firefox only.

I've tested with Joomla core template Protostar and it seems to be working:
www.dauphineenmains.com/index.php/les-et...j?template=protostar

I also tested using your component but loading the component area only and it also works properly:
www.dauphineenmains.com/index.php/les-et...l-ipj?tmpl=component

There might be an incompatibility with another plugin on your site.
Can you disable plg_system_topofthepage plugin for testing purposes?

I add that at each change of the parameters of the component, the problem is fixed but that at each dump of the temporary files, it returns

Yes when I disable the auto scroll I have no problem.
But I would like to keep the auto scroll anyway
How can I do ?

Dear ezapata,

I've been trying to reproduce this issue but it always works properly on my end.

What you may try to do is disable the auto scroll feature in the component options.

Joomla is in version 3.7.1 and IFAQ in version 3.6.2
