Dear Carlo,

Which layout have you set up? Category or multiple category?
In the Category layout you can choose the Custom slider, which is another javascript code that starts with all FAQs closed and allows you to open all of them;
The Multiple category only supports the default slider which is the MooTools Accordion effect.

Hello, sorry to reopen this thread but i too would like to now how to start with the first question closed, i have the latest version.

First of all I want to apologize for the delayed reply.

The latest MooFAQ version alllows you to have the Custom slider in all views;
Access the link bellow and follow the instructions to download the latest version:

Right now there is no hack, but I added to my to do list and will do it as soon as I'm done with another change in Contact Enhanced.
