Changing FAQ Category Title style
Adding the "important" parameter to the css line allowed the format to happen.
So, to summary, in order to modify the format of the FAQ Category headers, I added the following line to the appropriate panel.css file:
.moofaq-category-title{font-size:90% !important}
Thanks very much for all the help on this.

Carter

Thanks for sticking with this. I know it would be easier if you could see the website.
I had been routinely clearing the Joomla cache and browser cache when fiddling around with the css file. I did it once more just before capturing the attached html file. Hope this helps.

I actually just wanted the HTML file, because when you save the entire page it changes the links to the CSS and Javascript files.
i did noticed that the moofaq-category-title is in your HTML, so just please make sure it you are editing the correct CSS file which corresponds to your MoOFAQ template.
Also, I forgot to ask you to clean your browsers and Joomla cache every time that you change the configuration or the CSS file.

It is harder to debug if I cannot see the code in action.
Can you please save the HTML output and send it to me?

Here, for example, is the blue_sharp panel.css file.
In case it helps, the only extensions loaded in this implementation so far are Community Builder, Agora Forums, EasyBlog, and MooFAQ. No language extensions (beyond English-GB). No additional templates have been loaded - currently I'm using one of the standard Joomla templates (rhuk-milkyway).
I haven't touched any of the other css files in this implementation so far.
