There is no screenshot attached, but you seem to be doing everything correctly.
Can you provide administrator access so I can take a closer look?

Thank you for your quick response. I have read the other posting and disabled the Rocket Theme feature you mentioned, for the relevant Menu Item. It still does not work.
My problem is caused by trying to work out to select the correct category. In the Menu Item Parameters (Basic) it shows Categories to exclude and Sections to exclude from Search. I take it that I should highlight all categories and sections EXCEPT for the one I want? If so, it still shows all the Demo Content Articles. It should be displaying none as I have not yet written any FAQ articles!
Any ideas? I have attached a screen shot to demonstrate what I am talking about...

Did you update the menu item with the FAQ category you've created.
