MooFAQ - Initial Configuration was created by drs2biz

I have completed the following tasks:

1) Downloaded and installed MooFAQ
2) Established a Menu Item (in Search Mode) for the FAQ's
3) Established a category to write articles for these FAQ's
4) Puzzled long and hard how to set up the correct category for these FAQ's in the Menu
5) Finally decided to filter all except for the established category (as per screen capture).

On checking the page on the live site www.changshaschool.com/index.php?option=...h&Itemid=182&lang=en - I cannot seem to get anything but a heap of demo content from the theme I loaded (Rocket Theme - Panacea). After trying all sorts of configuration, I am stumped! Please give me a suggestion :(
