I am having issues with MooFAQ

Issues:
1) Clicking on one item opens up another item. Please look at fifth item on the attached screen shot.
2) The sixth and seven items on my list don't expand when clicking on the little triangle
3) The “Expand All” and “Collapse All” features don’t work.
What I have done:
Right after installing, I made slight edits to the CSS because I wanted to reduce the questions font
Below is the changed line of code. I only added the following “; font-size:100%; font-weight:bold”
.pane-sliders .title{margin:0;padding:1px;color:#666;cursor:pointer; font-size:100%; font-weight:bold}
However, changing the CSS file doesn’t seem to be causing the issues because I reverted back to the original code in the original CSS file, and the issues didn’t get fixed.
Other than that, the only edits I have done is entering text in the article from the Joomla backend.

I really would love to get this working as it is exactly what I need for my site, and it seems to be an awesome tool!
