Using the MooFAQ Category Menu item:
You can select only one category and MooFAQ will display all articles inside that category;
Using the MooFAQ Categories Menu item:
You also can select only one category, however it will display the nested (children) categories and articles in it, in other words, It will not display the articles inside the selected category, only the articles inside the sub-categories;
All the best,

That did work, but now, how do I choose multiple categories under "Required Settings" in Menu Item (normally, you just hold down Shift and down arrow)?
I noticed that when I choose "Categories" none of the categories show in the front end FAQ page unless I choose "Root" which obviously I don't.
Thanks again for your quick responses in advance

MooFAQ Menu items will not display articles that you have MooFAQ embedded;
If you add (embed) MooFAQ to an Article, you do not need to use the MooFAQ menu item and the other way around is also true;
I hope it is clearer now.
