Moo FAQ 1.7 DOES NOT WORK was created by Santino

OK, WHERE DO I START.........
I have just been conned out of money, that is how I feel.

Moo FAQ does not work for 1.7 even though on the Joomla site it says 1.7 compatible. so why does the DOWNLOAD box say 1.5, My 1 star rating is all I will be offering..... as there is no minus boxes and buttons.
