Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be duplicated. Once a license has been issued, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies. Therefore, we do not accept product returns or exchanges on electronic/downloadable versions of our softwares.

Therefore, it is assumed that the buyer has reviewed his/her product of choice and is satisfied with its quality before effecting actual purchase of said product. With knowledge of the above, no refund/return request should be solicited by the buyer/user on such basis. All software is non-refundable. We will, of course, nonetheless review return/refund requests on defective software. We guarantee the quality all our software products listed on this Web site. Therefore, if your product is defective in any way, it can be replaced with another version of the same software, at no extra charge to the user. Please send all return/refund requests using our Support Form, as well as your reason for such request. If it is determined that your product is defective, we will fix it for you at no extra charge. If we are not able to fix it we will then issue a full refund.
