Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

that's exactly what I've done!!! I know how to set ut your component now ;)

I set it up to different sizes (from 1 Mo till 10 Mo) but whatever value I set, the error message is always coming back with this 300Kb limitation!!

I'm sorry about the delay. I've been working on a fix.

Please extract the content of the file attached and upload to [Joomla]/components/com_contact_enhanced/helper/

This should fix it.

Once you install and test it I'll update the download package.

How can you be sorry to be so fast ;)

But unfortunalty, it still doesn't work ;(

In administrator/components/com_contact_enhanced/custom_fields/multiplefiles.xml, I've tried to change the default value to 3000, but it has no effect !
I did correct my language file, cleared cache again and again...

Now I've checked bigger files (over 2 Mo) and I have a blank page and the email is not sent!

I guess it might be related to max_input_time and/or max_execution_time ??!!
But I have no pb with docman and files over 10 Mo, so my server should be well set up, no??

Any advise??

Dear Ludo,

I've been playing with some large files and it seems that there is a problem with the PHPMailer, because the files are saved in the Uploaded files directory.

I'm working on it and I'll contact you as soon as I have a solution.
