Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

SSL not working with Contact Enhanced??

Dear John,

I'm on a Windows machine now and it seems to be working correctly for me. The only error I get is this:
Message: 'google' is undefined
Line: 148; Char: 1; Code: 0
URI: https://www.blackhillswebworks.com/contact-us
However you get the same error on all pages.

I've also tesed using IE7 and IE6 and didn`t find any errors under those versions.

That's odd! ReCaptcha is not even loading in IE now. Besides that, I didn't get any error.

Dear Bugger101 ,

Which version are you using? This has been fixed in the latest version.

Please download the latest version and install it. I've worked a lot to make the update process very easy and safe, but accidents do happen, therefore I always advise to make a backup first;

To backup I recommend to make a full backup. Usually your webhost will provide such option in the control panel; This is a good option because it will backup the files and database.
Please DO NOT uninstall the component, just install it over the old one.

Yes, I downloaded and installed the latest version today, and still the same thing. I sent you a contact form with more details earlier today.

The latest is 1.5.9.5 right?
