Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Prepopulate subject field

Hi,

Firstly, I just love this component! Keep up the good work.

I want to know if there is a way to prepopulate a field with a default value? For instance, I have a form where I want the subject to be "Booking Request". can I set this up using attributes in any way? Is there another way?

Dear Morgan,

The Subject Custom Field is a bit different from others and it has the option to set a default value and you can unpublish the field and it will use this value for the email subject.

I've just changed it so it will allow to show the field with the default value as well. I'll update the package in a few minutes;
