Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Front End Editor doesn't work

Hello, I need help because I can’t use Front End Editor, in Contact Enhanced.

My Joomla 3.7.2,
Php 7.1.5

When I try to edit contacts as Super User, it appears a message “Page not found, 0 Call to a member function get() on null”

If I use PHP 5.6, the message is "The page isn’t working. The page is currently unable to handle this request. 500"

And when I try to edit a contact as an User Registered - this is what I am interested in, below the Contact Name on the right side the edit icon doesn't appear.

Which Contact Enhanced version are you using? Are you using the latest CE 3.7?

Also,l did you follow the instructions on this page below?

Yes, thank you. It works with upgrade 3.7.
Another question. In Front end edit, is there a posibillity as a Registered user to change the Tags associated with his contact?
