Component pulls up wrong style sheet (bootstrap.min.css) for main menu

Hey Douglas,
Any click configured to pull up a Contact Enhanced Form for some reason uses not the template.css file, but the bootstrap.min.css file. Strange in that this just affects the menu. I'm going to attach a couple screen shots of the menu and header to illustrate. I backtracked the style source in Chrome and Firefox. So I'd like to get this fixed, if you could simply tell me how and where.
I don't know if this is related to why e-mails via the system aren't going through. On every test the system times out. We have SMPT configured correctly and have confirmed that by means of sending test e-mails from Joomla via server section of Global Configuration. We also know that ACY Mailing is sending e-mails fine. I used your bebugging tools to no avail/

Bootstrap:
Contact Enhanced tries to inherit most of the styling from your template. Anyway, you can disable loading Joomla core Bootstrap and jQuery files (if needed) in the Component Options under the Advanced tab.

Mailer issue:
AcyMailing uses a different settings, not the Joomla Global Configuration. Anyway, I'd appreciate if you could create a backup and provide a super administrator account, so I can take a look. You can send the credentials to me using the Support -> Contact Form.

I turned off bootstrap loading and that solved the menu issue. Sends are still being timed out. Yes, ACY uses PHP mailer, just cited them as assurance that server can send e-mails. We also verified SMTP method by administrator test send. I am mailing you credentials now. You also will be able to access all site folders/files. Thanks for the always-super support.
