500 There was no file to upload

There's a problem somewhere with the Multiple Files upload field, if used. For instance, when I select a form in a given Category - even if there is no Multiple Files upload field in that form, this is what's returned:

It would be nice to not received 45 php error messages the morning after I check the forms on this website ().

I'm having a hard time reproducing the error locally.
This error seems to be thrown at the back-end. Am I right?
