Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Renew Registration

Several Problems.
Hit renew but didn't get my 30% discount.
No warning email that the subscription is expiring. Stumbled upon it when downloading another product.
Can't find a link to contact the developer so forced to use a public forum.
Date Format being used on this website. In Australia and some other countries, we reverse our dates to day/month/year. Give me a date that is 4/7/2022 and I don't know if it is 4th July or 7th April.
I want to renew but the date/subscription page is confusing and I can't get my discount.

Dear Stewart,

Our subscription system sends emails 5 days prior to the subscription expiration date. We've had some emails being returned lately. Please make sure our domain is in your whitelist. I'll check the sending process later today to make sure it's working correctly.

I have just added a few more days to your subscription, so you can renew again with the discount.

There's a Support > Contact Form in our menu and a Feedback floating (blue) button on the right you can use. I have just checked and we've exchanged a few emails over the years. You can use the same email address to contact me. [Edit: You can also reply to the forum post notification EMAIL to send me an email]

As for the date format, thank you for your input. I'll change the date format to April/7/2022 wherever possible.
