Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Sender and Replay email

Hi,
1. Where can I configure or add "Replay email" to the email confirmation sent to the user? Email where the replay will be sent if user replays. Now, when users send a replay, it goes to the Joomla admin email.

2. Where can I change the default email from where confirmation emails are sent to the user? Now ti is Joomla-deafult email.

Dear Komir,

The default setting (Use global) will use the email in Joomla GLobal Configuration and will use the contact's email will be in the Reply-to field.

Are you using SMTP with authentication for the mailer in Joomla Global configuration? Some mail servers change the mail sender if the email is not authenticated.

If you are using authenticated SMTP, then you can try to set the Send Email setting to Contact in order to use the Contact's email address to send the email. See screenshot .

Dear Komir,

By "replay" I assume you mean reply and by "Bling" I assume you mean blind. Am I right?

That's strange. I'm checking the source code for Contact Enhanced for J4 and J5 and should never have the Blind Copy (BCC) as the reply email. Unless the reply and contact's email are the same.

I'm not able to reproduce this error locally.
Are you using the latest Contact Enhanced and Joomla versions?
I've been checking the source code and I cannot see how this could happen. As I wrote earlier, you should never have the Blind Copy (BCC) as the reply-to email. Unless the reply and contact's email are the same.
