Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.
Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.
Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Email form template (copy to user)

Hi Douglas,
I'm finally replacing an old J3 site with a new fresh J5 site.
I have a contact form that sends a confirmation email to the user (submitter) to say we've received the message, and "here's some more information...". I use the Email Template (to user) and also send a copy to the secretary using the same template (to contact).
In the old J3 site, I could use the one template for both. We had:
You can see I could set the same template for "to contact" and "to user".
In J5, I can't use the same template for both "to contact" and "to user":
This means if I change the message that is being sent to the user (the site visitor who has completed the form), I also have to change the message that is being sent to the contact (the recipient of the site visitor's message).
Effectively all I want is to send the reply to the site visitor and bcc it to the contact (the secretary). The reply to the visitor contains the visitor's original message, plus our auto reply with more information.
Is there something I'm missing? I know there's a bcc field in the Contact, but I assume that will just bcc the submitter's original message and not the automated reply.
