Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

I've created a contact form with a sidebar and everything seems to be working. However when editing the side bar I cannot put in an extra line.

At the moment I have:

address
address
address
address
address
phone
email

What I want to have is:

address
address
address
address
address

phone

email

With a space between the final three words. Regardless of what I do I cannot do it.

If anyone can advise, that would be cool.

I've tested on my test base and it is working correctly;

Right now I'm not sure what is causing this, but my guess there is a problem with your WYSIWYG editor;
Which editor are you using?
Please try a different editor and check if it works.

Hi Douglas,

Thanks for this. I've checked my contact form this morning and it seems my link was going to the wrong place - thus not showing the contact page. That is working now.

As for the editor, I am using: J.C.E 1.5.6 which can be found here:

www.joomlacontenteditor.net/

Did you try to use another Editor?

I don't think this is related directly to Contact Enhanced, because it is working with Joomla default editor, at least under my installation;
