Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Free text field not appearing in email

Dear Douglas,
I use component contact plugin with MooFAQ to submit a Change of Address form and have two text fields (Example: Old Address and New Address) and I would like those fields to appear in the email as well. If this is not present in the email, we wouldn't know which one is a new address and which one is the new address.

Could you point me to the code where to make changes?

I'm sorry I didn't understand your question at first, I guess I misread it;

The Freetext Custom Field is meant to display a instruction or to customize the form, it will not show in the email. If you want it to show in the email you can try to add a hidden field with the same content also.

I've just tested and it is working.
Please make sure to add a Value to the Hidden input custom field;

If the problem persists, please provide an administrator user account so I can take a look.
