Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Seems to install but not showing as a plugin

Hi,

I purchased the component enhanced application and installed using the Installation Manager. However, following the youtube tutorial I looked in the Plugin list but cannot see anything called 'Component Enhanced' in order to enable the plugin.

Regardless, I tried to set up a form by going into the component menu, then create an article with {loadmodule 1} in the code but no luck!

Could you please advise if I should be seeing the plugin in the list.

I use Joomla 1.5.10 and the site is: www.revenueperformancecentre.com.au/index.php/contact

Dear Mark,

First of all I want to apologize for the delayed reply. I'm a Sabbatarian, therefore I don't work on Saturdays.

There is just a small problem. It should be {loadcontact 1} instead of loadmodule.

Please let me know if you have any further problems.

I realised that my original email had a typo and that I really did use the {loadcontact 1} rather than {loadmodule 1}. (must have been a late night!)

I found that the problem was that I used the regular menu article type rather than the Content Enhanced Article type. Worked instantly after I changed the menu type.
