Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Installation Help Needed

I've installed the component, and added it to the main menu, but there are several problems.

first, Google maps doesn't come up in the Contact Us page. I've set the API, but it just isn't there. I've also checked to make sure the switches are to set to show the map before the message, but no result. The website is Orton Used Cars & Carts

Second, if a reader tries to send an email through the site, the sender gets an email titled:
    Orton Cars and Carts: Auto registration not allowed

The body of the message says:
Check joomla global configuration or disable contact enhanced silent registration

I don't know what to disable. I do not allow registration on this website. There is no need so what has to be changed to make this work?

Done!
You didn't have a valid Google Maps API key, therefore I created one for your site, placed in the configuration page, edited your contact and I hit the button "Locate in Map" and saved it.

Now it is working as supposed to! ;-)
