Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Contacts not showing in Contact Enhanced Manager

I just downloaded and installed Contact Enhanced and it seems to be working except that there are no contacts showing under Contacts. I've added two so far, and they appear in the Basic Parameters dropdown for Select Contact in the Standard Contact Layout Menu Item...but they're not there under Contact Enhanced.

Any ideas?

First of all I want to apologize for the delayed reply. I just got back from a church conference.

No one has ever complained about this before. Can you tell me your website's URL so I can take a look?

Are you sure that you've added a Contact Enhanced Contact and not a Joomla default contact?

No problem on the response time - I've had plenty to do during the interim! I hadn't checked back until today and hadn't realized that you had replied.

When I went into the backend to check the Contacts they are now there. Don't know why they weren't before - perhaps it needed some time to ponder (!).

Dear jsundberg,

I checked your website and it seems that you haven't selected a contact in the menu item parameters, because I get a 404 error. Then I accessed www.blackhillswebworks.com/ind...hp?option=com_contact_enhanced and noticed that you successfully added 3 contacts.

It was a very good conferenced and I learned a lot, unfortunately my local church is too small, therefore I'm not going to be able to practice everything that I've learned.

I think I was rearranging the contacts when you checked and got the 404 error. Seems to be working well now.

I can identify with the small church situation...but it's still good.
