Adding Text to a Form?

I've just bought this component but am having a little difficulty in achieving what I'm after.

I'm trying to simply set up a form where the users select various options as well as providing their contact information and this then get's e-mailed to me.

I've set up a Category and added a single contact, me. I've also added the custom fields I want and all of that works fine.

However I've added a description to the category and created a menu item that points to that category. When the user clicks on that link they then see this text but then they have to click on the link for my name to then see the actual contact form.

If I create a standard menu link I do see the form but I don't see the text

Is there anyway of having the two displayed at once? I just want some text above the form to explain it's use.

The category description is meant to show only at the category view. If you want to show a text on top of the form use the Contact field More Info.

Ahh right, so there's no way of having any images in the text above the form then i.e. like you can in the category or for that matter any text formatting?

Thank you so much! The Beta version is superb, really, really good.

I have just noticed one 'bug' with it though and that is when using a Thank You Message.

No matter which option you select in the parameters a Blue ! exclamation mark appears behind whatever text you've set as your thank you message.

Other than that it seems to behave perfectly and does everything I need and more.
