Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Hi, bought the enhanced form but can you imagine my frustration when i saw i cannot even disable the form ?
I wanted a simple form that let me easely show simple contact info etc...

Im using kayako for support and contact so i do need the form...
Like its described here:

What i dont understand is what the attachment should do cause it doesnt change anything..
Why is the layout that holds the contact info imploding when i try to take it out....
bit weird...

its indeed enhaced but you forgot to add a very important thing....a way to disable the form...
So how can this be done,without trashing the design ?

Dear babylon,

The File attached on the other post does not change anything because it is already part of the current version and it is a fix for that customer's layout (icons), which probably does not apply to you.

If you don't need the form in the contact page, you can go to your contact in the back-end and under the E-mail Parameters set Email Form Access level to Special; This way only users with author or higher access level will see the form.

Will that work for you?

Hello , sure that will do...
but sometimes im logged in myself and it disturbs me seeing it.. :)
Perhaps in a n update you can put that in,im sure it will please more people....
