Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Using SH404SEF and when I enable captcha it always responds with Invalid Code. If I disable SH404SEF then it works fine. Any ideas please ?

Dear Uxbod,

I've never had this problem before, maybe because I haven't used sh404SEF for a long time, but it is strange, because the sh404SEF should not interfere with this plugin.

I cannot think of anything that might cause this.
Can you please ask them, if there is any change in the configuration on their extension that might fix this problem? I don't have a sh404SEF license, otherwise I could try to find out the cause.

Hmm, viewing the source it pulls in JS from the plugin directory. If I try that URL directly I get the error :-

Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagettfbbox() in /var/www/html/tranquilsenses.co.uk/plugins/content/captcha_systems/securImage2/securimage.php on line 871

Dear Uxbod,

Well, that's is not related to sh404SEF and it should not work correctly, no matter if the sh404SEF is enabled or disabled.

imagettfbbox is a PHP function and it requires both the GD library and the » FreeType library. Most shared web hosting service providers already build PHP with those two libraries by default, but in your case it is not built, therefore you can either ask them to rebuild PHP with those libraries or use the reCaptcha library in the plugin Parameters.
