Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Order of fields in CE Feedback form

Hi,

How can I set the order of fields in the modal popup window that CE Feedback button opens?

I have 6 fields i want to use, 3 of them are custom fields that is only needed here, therefore put in an own category,
and 3 fields are standard, shown in all contact forms (name, email and message), set to All categories.

Now, my custom fields are shown after the standard fields, which is wrong.
I want my custom fields to show in top of the form.

How can I change the order to make my custom fielfs show in top, and the fields of All categories to show last in the form?

Dear Shultman,

You just have to create a new category and add all custom fields to that category. Please watch this screencast:

Sorry, but i still don´t understand.
I have put all my custom fields in a category called "Feedback".
I have standard fields Name, E-mail and Message in "All categories"

In my feedback form, accessed via CE Feedback plugin, the order of fields is this:
Name
E-mail
Message
Custom 1
Custom 2
Custom 3

I need them to order like this
Custom 1
Custom 2
Custom 3
Name
E-mail
Message

Dear shultman,

The Fields in All Custom Fields category are always set to display first, so what you need to do is assign Name, E-mail and Message to the "Feedback" category.

If you have other categories, you will have to copy these fields into other categories as well. Please note that there is a copy button in the Toolbar in order to help you accomplish that task.
