Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to change the style of my text inside the Google Map Bubble.

You can see my text is not showing because of the styling.

Dear Corey,

There are two ways:
1- You can enter HTML text in the "EXTRA FIELD 1", for example, which you can style using a WYSIWYG editor and then copy the html code to the EXTRA FIELD 1 and then in the Component Parameters (Options) you will have to set the infoWindow Content to EXTRA FIELD 1. Please watch this screencast:

2- Add this to your css file and make sure to change the colors to your own template or to Contact Enhanced CSS file:

Hi,

I did both options, and I still don't see it reflected in the bubble.

I made sure my CSS was updated by viewing the CSS on the page, and I see the CSS that you told me to add, and I made both color prpoerties black for now #00000 just to see if the change would reflect.

I cleared my cache as well

Any ideas?

yes

we just switchover some domain names to point to this site, so some may be not working fully

wakefieldfamilychurch.org

if those are not resolving properly

then wakefieldfamily.wakefieldfamily.info (will work)

Then click on the contact-us (at the top or bottom of the site)

Dear Corey,

There was no text in the InfoWindow (balloon), so I tried to inspect the source and the address is there, but for some reason it is hidden and I could not find the css code that hid it.
I've tested with ja_purity and it worked, so it is probably a template incompatibility with Google Maps.

Can you please revert the changes that you made?

Ok I removed the css in validate.css from above, and I change the info display ot use the address and not use Extra Fields 1.

Dear Corey,

There is an incompatibility between your template and Google Maps;
The content of the balloon is white, and I did not get that from your previous post.

Please add the line below to wakefieldfamily.org/components...hanced/assets/css/validate.css
.ce-map-infowindow, .ce-map-infowindow a{color:#000 !important}

The !important part will make sure it will override your template's CSS.
