Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

I have had a search through the forums etc, to try and help with a few problems I'm having.

Initially, I have created the form ok (I think) but I'm still having a few problems with other adjustments.

1. I cannot seem to left align the form that I have embedded within a 'left aligned' module, Its either right aligned or centred. (I would like to justify it (or just short of justify)

2. The message box is too large and encroaches upon my main body of text outwith the module (again shrink justify if possible)

3. My fields that arent * asterisked (required field), dont have bold headers.

4. Define which email address the form is submitted to (simple but stuck)

5. Remove the feedback button at the right. --->

Dear Murdy,

1. It seems to be an incompatibility problem with your template. Can you please provide an URL so I can take a look?

2. You can change the size by adding style="width:95%" to the attributes box. Please watch this screencast: ideal.fok.com.br/joomla-extens...-fields/78-basic-features.html

3. That's because only required fields are set to bold in the CSS file. You can include the line below in the CSS file.
.cf-label{font-weight:bold}
[Path to Joomla 1.5]/components/com_contact_enhanced/assets/css/validate.css
[Path to Joomla 1.6]/components/com_contactenhanced/assets/css/ce.css

4. You have to change the contact's email: Contact Enhanced -> Contacts, edit the contact. If it is linked to a user it will always get the user's email.

5. Go to Extensions -> Plugins, Search for "Feedback" and disable it. More info here:

Dear Murdy,

See it works correctly in JA Purity: www.lmbeauties.co.uk/?template=ja_purity

Your template is setting text-align in the module div to center. You can see the same thing on the module on the right.
Add the line below to the CSS file:
.module .ce-contact_email{text-align:left !important; margin-left:0 !important}
.module .ce-contact_email form{padding:0 !important}

Hi Douglas.

After searching around, I found "Module Class Suffix" can include "text-align: left" and it fixed my problem, this was only by fluke B)

Problem 2, 3, 4 & 5 successfully resolved.
