Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Map Problems

Map does not render.

There are javascript errors and it appears that not all the javascript files are loading. I have tried the template=none and the issue is still there.

I have unitnstalled and installed the latest version 1.6 on Joomla 1.6.3
PHP 5.2.14
Server: Apache/2.2.16 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.16 OpenSSL/0.9.8m DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635

Dear Rob,

It looks like you have either a plugin or your template caches all JS and CSS files. Can you please clear it's cache and try again? If it does not work can you please disable it for now so I can take another look?

Turns out that I had to turn off the rokzipper plugin even though it was not enabled in the template.

Some plugins have options to clear it's own cache or disable compressing for selected files...

Thank you very much, we found the issue, in joomla 1.6 had to disable gzipper in the template config. One new issue now that the map works is adding a suite number to an address, but that is minor. Thank you very much
