Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

hi,

#1 I am trying to change the width of the box where message is entered, but I couldnt figure out how to do it (which is cf_4 I think?)

I tried few things like
.ce-cf-container-cf_4 .inputbox{width:30%} or
.ce-cf-container-4 .inputbox{width:30%}

but none worked. please can you correct me?

#2 is it possible to customise reCaptcha plugin? I wanted to try making recaptcha a little narrower.

Dear Alper,

If the Custom Field ID is 4 the code should actually be:
#ce-cf-container-4 .inputbox{width:30%}

Note that to reference the ID attribute you use # in CSS;

You can also add style="width:30%" in the Attributes box of the Custom Field. Please watch this screencast:

reCaptcha:
There is little customization for the captcha engine. I've only added the customizations provided by the reCaptcha API.
