Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Issue with component

Hi,

I'm having an issue with my contact component and I'm be delighted if you could help. I have 3 instances of the component on my site www.proskills.ie

The Call me button works on the lefthandside but the contact us (top right), booking form and course enquiry forms dont work. What I mean by dont work is that I dont ever receive a copy of the form or the form doesn't arrive at the destination although I do get a Thank you pop up when submitting the form.

Sometimes I also get a Thank You pop up even before I fill out the contact us form.

Any Help I'd appreciate it. The site isn't live yet so feel free to try and submit a contact.

Dear Jason,

Another user had a similar issue and it was due to a email address typo. Please check whether it is spelled correctly!

Which version of Contact Enhanced do you have installed?
The latest version have a few bug fixes and enhancements.
You can update for free! You just have to follow the instructions on this page: ideal.fok.com.br/purchase-download.html
