Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

500 Error not yet addressed in forum

I haven't seen this particular error addressed yet.
The URL is: mydisabilityprofessionals.com/.../41-test-contact/1-pat-donahue

When the form is completed and the user tries to send, the following error is displayed:

Error 500: Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request. The problem is on the server side, not with your browser or the address. Most probably, a certain service (e.g., Tomcat engine) is down. Please contact your webmaster.

Any suggestions as to how to fix this? Thank you in advance.

Dear Laura,

Do you have the latest CE version installed?
Which version of Joomla and PHP are you running?

I've tested mydisabilityprofessionals.com/.../41-test-contact/8-mike-morgan and it worked, so the only thing that I can think of is that there must be a error with the email. Can you try to change the contact email address and remove the link to a user, for some reason this solves this issue sometimes;
