Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Thank you for trying Douglas, but I am reaching the point of dispair. Thank you for installing the Captcha plugin, but reverting to the "Standard Contact Layout" reverts me right back to where I started, with only Joomla's original Standard Contact Layout, and my custom fields not displaying at all, as if I'd never even installed Contact Enhanced.

I believed from the YouTube video cli.gs/ZdvdbJ that placing curly-bracket code in an article layout would call the special fields (checkboxes) that I had defined, as well as the rest of the required fields.

Why don't I need the Contact Enhanced Plugin to go along with the Componant? Should I asked the guy I'm doing the site for, who bought Contstant Enhanced and sent me the .zip file, to check for a 2nd file he should have downloaded?

Dear Suzanne,

All you have to do is change the Contact Category in Contact Enhanced Contact Manager to Vendors, because you've only created custom fields for this category.
