Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

hi,

i am using windows machine too. but it look not good. The area when the user key in his info is not clear.

Do you have a sh404SEF plugin that just strips the article numbers? If you can do something like that it would be great.

From:

www.mysite.com/article/57-faqs/91-category.html

to:

www.mysite.com/article/faqs/category.html

I use the new sh404SEF but it works great. I know this can be done.

This can be done, however currently I cannot implement this. I'm overwhelmed with work and I have to finish everything before the Joomla 1.7 version is released.

Hey, of course is fine. I will try to see if I can find someone to do it. This is VERY important for SEOs like me but the component is too good. I bought it today and couldn't be happier. ;O)
