Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Sure, it can wait. The problem persists and has actually gotten worse since I installed the files you sent:

Now, although all entered contact data appears frontend, selecting the published contact in the backend just gives me a blank page with none of the published data appearing. Strange! I thus really need your help to solve this...

Hi Douglas and thanks for the update. It cured my disappeared admin interface but not the label issue. Regardless if I set the extra fields to "Hide" or "Show, but hide labels", the label is still displayed frontend. Any thoughts?

Did you set "Misc. Info label" to Hide in the Component Options under the Single Contact tab?

That's odd. I've just tested again and it is working on my test website.

Did you clear all caches (Joomla, template (if there is any template cache system) and browser?

I just had to set the Component Options :: Single Contact -> Extra Field 1 to "Show, but hide label" and in the Contact Display Options I have set the same settings to Use Global;
