Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Hey Douglas,

one short question before Christmas:
do you know why there is no field reset after sending a message?
In the settings I said: delete immediately and "no effect".

I am using ajaxcontact 3.1_20130807_1425.

Please don't say, that i have to Change and rebuild the form once again... :-(

Dear reneweik,

You do not need to need to rebuild the form. When you update Ajax Contact there is no need to uninstall it, so all your configuration will be kept.

I need to make sure this hasn't already been fixed in the latest version and that we are using the same code before I look deeper into this.

Can you please update?

I just recommend to create a full backup for safety reasons.

well, I have installed the newer version... now my css changes are deleted and the fields do not get resetted :-(

Dear reneweik,

I've never had this problem with an upgrade before. Well, if you had customized the CSS file, then you must create a backup before upgrading, because the CSS file will be overridden.

Which Joomla version are you using? Ajax Contact Version 3.2 is only compatible with Joomla 3.2+.

It is very hard to provide support when I cannot access the form and inspect the code using Firebug.

Are you using the latest Ajax Contact version?
Is there any error in the Browser Console (Firefox firebug for instance)?
