Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Email does not get sent

Hi! Just bought the Ajax Contact form and set it up. However, when I fill out the form, no error message is displayed, but I never receive an email! I'm not sure what's going on and could use some help.

Joomla info is below:

Please make sure that you've typed the email recipient email address correctly because I've just tested and I got the copy of the email.

No, I know. I figured out what the problem was. That's what confused me, I would receive the message I wanted, but I never received the admin email.

What I figured out now is that my domain is hosted on this same server and had a misconfigured mx record which is what killed the email from being sent.

Its fixed and working now. Thanks for the super fast support.
