Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Contact wont work on Clients Machine...

Ive installed and tested the Contact Form and it works in every test browser I can think to test. However, my client insists that it does not work on her machine.

Asside from a javascript restriction on her browser, what else would cause the form not to work for her when it works for every machine and OS I have tested it on?

Is there anything built into the module that tells someone a problem exists and their request has not been sent? Id like to be able to direct people to another contact method if this one doesnt work for them.

Dear Grant,

Which version of Ajax Contact are you running?
I've tested on Windows and Linux using Firefox, IE6, IE7, IE8, Opera and Google Chrome;
Javascript have to be enabled, otherwise you cannot use the ajax feature and the form validation will not work either;
