Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

I received empty messages

Hi,

I use the Module Ajax Contact and I received often an "empty" message like this one :

IP Address: 86.195.153.139
Browser: Mozilla Firefox 3.6.8
Operating System: Windows Vista
Screen Resolution:
Last page viewed: www.joomspirit.com/contact.html

And often, I don't receive the message from my customers. It's very important for me to receive all my messages !! Can you help me ?

Thank you for your quick answer.

It's a version of 2009 and for Joomla 1.5
And I must re-purchase your new version today ... If there's a problem with my version, I think it's normal to offer this release.
I purchase the Module Ajax Contact and Contact Enhanced Manager and I love your product but I don't want pay all year a new release.

Moreover, I'm not sure to fix my problem with the last release ... are you sure of that ?

Dear Lemanico,

I've made many enhancements and new features since then and I'm sure it is
worth to renew the license. I'll send the latest version to your email, if you like the changes, please purchase it again in order to renew your license and help me to keep creating new features and updating this extension;

Also, please remember that there is no need to uninstall the old version and that backup is your best friend! ;-) I've worked a lot to make the update process very easy and safe, but accidents do happen, therefore I always advise to make a backup first;
