Support Forum

Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

I wonder how to remove the google conversion image that is displayed.
I want to inform the user underneath the footer of my page.
Attaching screenshot showing my form.

Dear epocket,

Please remove these lines below from [Joomla]//modules/mod_ajax_contact/helper.php and add them to your footer.
<div style="display:inline;">
	<img height="1" width="1" style="border-style:none;" alt="" id="ac-google-conversion" src=""/>
</div>
This feature is in beta tests, please let me know if it is working correctly for you, as I'm not sure yet if I'll keep this feature in Ajax Contact.

Sincere regards,

Thank Your for your fast response.
I did as you said but the image still shows. I also pasted the div code after my footer but there it doesn't show at all.??

Cleared joomla andy my browser cache twice.
Checked the source code and the above div code is in the template.

Dear epocket,

That's odd, because it was working correctly before.
Google is responsible for adding that image. All I do is add the script.
Can you try to remove this script below from helper.php and add before the <div><img /> in your footer?
<script type="text/javascript" src="'.$google_conversion_security.'://www.googleadservices.com/pagead/conversion.js">
</script>

Kind regards,

Now the image is gone from the form. But it is not shown at the end of the page either - (Which doesn't matter to me). It is in the source but not displayed ...
The most important thing is that the conversion code works. Can I check that somehow?

Dear epocket,

Well, the only way to test it is to click on your ad and submit a form, or if you don't want to spend money to test, wait until you get user emails.
